The Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Manager of Physical Therapy to lead the strategic development and delivery of physical therapy services across our high-performance sports programmes.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape the future of athlete health and performance by leading clinical governance, service planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, and workforce development while continuing to support elite athletes in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and operational delivery of physical therapy services across sports, high-performance centres, camps, competitions, and major games.
- Provide leadership in clinical governance, quality improvement, and athlete-centred care.
- Manage and develop a high-performing physical therapy team through mentoring, performance management, recruitment, and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, Strength & Conditioning, coaches, High Performance Directors, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain an advanced clinical role supporting selected priority athletes and programmes.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licence (or eligibility).
- Minimum 8 years of sports physiotherapy experience, including 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated experience working within elite or high-performance sport.
- Strong background in clinical governance, service planning, and multidisciplinary leadership.
