In terms of privacy and confidentiality, we are very keen on preserving the patient’s information privacy and confidentiality and no one has the right to access it except for the authorized medical team. For further information, you can request the patient’s privacy file from the representative and he will be happy to provide it.
Our centre provides all facilitations to meet the needs of patients who use a wheelchair or crutches after injuries or operations. The centre is designed according to the standards that facilitate them to move easily. If you need assistance or a wheelchair, a representative will be happy to help you as soon as you arrive to the centre.
Smoking is forbidden in all facilities of the centre for patient safety and to ensure professional standards
All clients visiting the centre should keep personal items and belongings with them or put them in the designated place for them. If you lose any of your personal items or find any other belongings in the centre, please contact a customer service representative to assist you.
