  • Diploma in Women’s Health and Pelvic Rehabilitation from Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute – USA.
  • Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Therapy (Osteopathy) from the Osteopathic College of Ontario.
  • Certified birth and postpartum educator.
  • Certified trainer for prenatal and postnatal exercise.

Experience

  • Specialized in cases of pelvic disorders and related problems.
  • Education on natural childbirth and its preparation mechanisms.
  • Comprehensive rehabilitation during pregnancy and after natural or cesarean delivery.
  • Developing exercise programs for all stages of pregnancy.
  • Preparing the pelvis for female athletes.
