About the Role
As a Sport Psychologist, you will:
• Deliver one-on-one and group mental skills training (focus, confidence, coping strategies).
• Support athletes in managing performance anxiety and thriving under pressure.
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to integrate psychological principles into training.
• Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and mental health referral processes.
• Monitor progress and provide insights to enhance program impact.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Sport Psychology (Master’s preferred).
• Accreditation with a recognised body (e.g., BPS, BASES, AASP, APA, Saudi Commission for Health Specialities).
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in sport psychology support.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural adaptability.
• Commitment to ethical practice and athlete wellbeing.
